Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled, and you will need to begin our RMA process by emailing sales@expeditionhardware.com to have the item returned. NO CANCELLATIONS accepted on custom products after 24 hours of order placement.

Missing packages must be reported to Expedition Hardware via email to sales@expeditionhardware.com following notice of delivery. To account for late deliveries by the carrier, or errors in delivery, we require a 3 business day waiting period before filing a missing package claim. If package shows delivered, Expeditionhardware may request a police report be filed. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your account has a current address and other correct contact information to ensure proper delivery or exchanges of products.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on our website: www.expeditionhardware.com we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. After 30 days, all sales are final and non-returnable. Any custom products are not returnable.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. Items must be returned in original packaging and with original labels.
All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. In addition, where products were shipped using 'Free Shipping', Expedition Hardware will withold from the refund an amount equal to the cost incurred to ship the goods to the customer. Contact us prior to refund request to determine these charges. All orders other than bank wires or ACH transfers will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee, regardless of if product has already shipped. In addition, for any items that have shipped, Expedition Hardware will charge a 25% restocking fee per returned item, based on the recommended retail price of the returned item.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered or otherwise secured and insured means and that you pre pay all postage or freight fees. We can, upon request, book the return freight with our provider UPS with whom we have negotiated rates, and the cost incurred will be witheld from the refund amount
You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Expedition Hardware will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
If the customer redirects any deliveries which causes additional delivery fees to Expedition Hardware, will be passed on to the Customer within 120 days of delivery, with no additional fee above our cost. This includes instances where the carrier is unable to deliver and returns the goods to Expedition Hardware.
All refunds will be processed upon completion of accepted return(s) and all policy statements are reviewed and accepted. Review our Returns Policy section.

Expedition Hardware does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products. products available through our website are covered under a manufacturer's warranty.
Expedition Hardware shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages as a result of product defects. Expedition Hardware does not cover miscellaneous expenses including, but not limited to labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees.
